Calculator inputs
BriskCalc calculators normally process inputs in your browser. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, calculator values are not submitted to our server.
Feedback messages
If you use our contact form, we store the message, optional name, optional reply email and optional page URL privately in WordPress so the editorial team can review and respond. Do not submit sensitive personal data. We retain feedback only as long as needed for correction history, support and abuse prevention.
Server logs and security
Our hosting systems may record IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security events. These records are used for reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting and are rotated according to operational needs.
Local browser storage
Priority calculators can save inputs and comparison scenarios in your browser’s local storage when you choose that action. These saved values are not sent to BriskCalc. Clearing site data removes them. CSV export creates a file on your device that may contain financial inputs; you are responsible for storing or deleting that file securely.
Analytics
BriskCalc uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” Google Analytics may process page URL, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, referral source and limited interaction events. BriskCalc records calculator start, submission, completion, related-tool clicks, feedback confirmation, and advertising-slot rendering and visibility. It does not include calculator input values, names, email addresses or feedback text in analytics events.
You can reject optional analytics or change the choice later through the “Cookie choices” control in the site footer. When analytics is rejected, BriskCalc does not load the Google Analytics library. Google’s handling of analytics data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising and cookies
BriskCalc may add third-party advertising after completing publisher review. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure delivery, prevent fraud and personalize ads where legally permitted. Before personalized advertising is enabled in regions that require consent, BriskCalc will deploy an appropriate consent-management mechanism and update this policy with provider details and choices.
