Chipotle Calorie Calculator
Build a core-menu bowl, burrito or salad and add the published calories and protein for standard portions. BriskCalc does not estimate sodium, fat or carbohydrates from calories; those unsupported estimates were removed.
Toppings
Standard portions vary in restaurants. Limited-time proteins and regional items are excluded until they can be verified against current official nutrition information.
Formula and complete example
Total calories or protein = the sum of each selected standard portion. A chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa and cheese is 180 + 210 + 130 + 25 + 110 = 655 calories, with 32 + 4 + 8 + 0 + 6 = 50 g protein.
Official source
Core-menu values were checked against the Chipotle Nutrition Calculator on July 29, 2026. Chipotle controls the authoritative data and may change recipes, portions and limited-time items.
Common errors
- Forgetting the tortilla, chips, dressing or a second protein portion.
- Assuming the serving placed in a restaurant exactly matches the published standard portion.
- Treating “veggie” as zero calories after adding guacamole or other toppings.
- Using this total for allergy decisions; cross-contact and ingredient guidance must come from Chipotle.
FAQ
Why are sodium, fat and carbs not shown?
The previous version derived them from calorie multipliers rather than summing official ingredient values. Those estimates were removed instead of presenting invented precision.
Does this include limited-time items?
No. The calculator intentionally covers a smaller, verifiable core menu.
Change log
July 29, 2026: removed derived macro and sodium estimates, removed unverified combo values, linked the official source and limited the tool to traceable core-menu portions.
