Explore general sleep, energy and nutrition estimates while keeping individual health limitations visible.
Understand what each result estimates
The TDEE calculator estimates daily energy expenditure from a basal metabolic rate equation and an activity multiplier. The macro calculator then converts a calorie target into suggested grams of protein, carbohydrate and fat. These are population-based planning estimates; metabolism, training, health conditions and measurement error can make an individual result differ from real energy needs.
The restaurant nutrition calculator adds published ingredient values for a selected meal. Recipes, serving sizes and regional ingredients can change, so compare important dietary decisions with the restaurant’s current nutrition information. The sleep calculator uses simplified cycle timing and does not measure sleep quality or diagnose a sleep disorder.
Use health calculators safely
- Treat results as a starting range, not a diagnosis or prescription.
- Change one assumption at a time so you can understand why a result moved.
- Do not enter names, medical records or other sensitive personal information.
- Discuss symptoms, medication, major diet changes and individualized targets with a qualified clinician.
Important note about unit-conversion tools
The peptide calculator performs concentration and volume arithmetic for educational or research contexts. It does not establish that a substance is safe, approved or appropriate, and it must not be used as individualized dosing guidance. Product identity, sterility, route of administration and clinical suitability are outside the calculator’s scope.
These calculators provide general educational estimates and are not diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Medication or peptide decisions require professional guidance.
